Today I have launched the TrianglePM website which is the new trading brand for my project management services. The new name is in recognition that the project management triangle of Time, Cost, and Defects that encloses scope is at the centre of my project management practice.

TrianglePM will also be the name of my book on project management.

Most of my business comes from word of mouth recommendations and until last week I had not updated my website for 10 years. I am now expert in WordPress and so I thought that it was time that I updated my web brochure. The old ElephantPM brand website has gone and I relaunched under the company’s name. I am still working on the ElephantPM book but it will appear under a different name. More about that in later post.
